  • 2015, 2016, and 2017 Player Travel Team Fee is $800 per season.  2018 and 2019 Player Travel Team Fee is $600 per season.  One-half of the total fee is due at the time of player selection and commitment to the travel team. Once you have accepted a spot on the team your deposit is non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of tournaments, coaches’ stipends, and field use.  Uniforms and/or pinnies will be an additional cost.  Extra costs may be incurred depending upon each team’s goals and tournament schedule.

 

  • You MUST attend practices and tournaments.  Absences for any reason must be communicated to the coach. 100% commitment is expected – excused absences may occur if acceptable to coach.  Attendance at practices will dictate playing time at tournaments.  Players may be dismissed from team for continual non-attendance and replaced with a new player. To be successful as a team, we need ALL players to be present at practices in order to learn plays and how to work together – this is critical! Regular practices begin mid-May and continue until late July – we have typically held practices on Tuesday and Thursdays nights at USTC.

 

  • Tournaments.  Each travel team may select from a variety of tournaments available throughout the summer based upon interest, prime recruiting season and level of play. Registration fees cover the cost of 4 to 6 tournaments. The high school aged teams do attend tournaments in the Fall Season while the middle school teams attend only summer tournaments.  Our strong recommendation is that families keep ALL weekends in June and July open for travel lacrosse. Additionally, please check with the individual coaches and our website regarding tournaments in the Fall season. All is subject to change but should help in the planning process.

 

  • The 2nd payment of the balances due will be collected by early December.

 

  • Additional fees to cover coaches’ travel and expenses, unforeseen changes in tournament fees, the addition of any tournaments and other incidentals will be assessed at a later date if needed.

 

  • All SEPA participants are prohibited from playing with another team in a tournament that has been entered by your respective team.

 

  • All players are subject to removal from their team for breach of any of the above commitments or for disciplinary reasons, at the discretion of their coach, without refund.
