Kimberly P. Venzie - Kim has been coaching with SEPA for nearly 20 years. Coach Kim lives in Downingtown with her husband Jeff and their two sons, Luke and Thomas, and their new puppy Abe who is SEPA's official mascot. After graduating from WC Henderson as an All-American lacrosse player, Kim went on to play at the University of Virginia - winning two Division I National Championships while at UVA. Kim was an assistant coach at WCU for a few years during law school and continued on coaching SEPA's youth instructional league teams and elite travel teams throughout the years. She is also an attorney with the law firm of Unruh, Turner, Burke and Frees in West Chester. Deb Foster - Deb played lacrosse at the University of Vermont. Deb has coached at the high school level and the elite travel lacrosse level for several years now and her love of the game is easily observed. She brings a seasoned approach to the game and an ability to motivate players on the field to excel at the game of lacrosse. Deb is our go to person to figure out which tournaments are best to attend and helps us navigate through the travel lacrosse world. Deb can be reached at:

Lindsay Burkhart - Lindsay is our proud Ridley girl. She has the competitive, tough minded, hardworking Ridley spirit. Lindsay came up through the SEPA travel program and went on to play lacrosse at Ohio State. Lindsay is a coach gifted in teaching defensive concepts and skills to our players. We are thrilled that Lindsay is with SEPA. She expects every player to be a tough defender and inspires young players to dig deep on the field. She also tells really funny stories... and can nap on command. Lindsay can be reached at:

Amelia Reed - Amelia is yet another proud SEPA alumnus. Amelia was a 4 year Varsity player at Owen J. Roberts HS, recruited to play at West Chester University where she played for a year and then created the West Chester Women's Club Lacrosse Team. Amelia's club team was a two-time ECWLA Champion, undefeated for the first two seasons, and played in the US Lacrosse WCLA National Championship Tournament in Scottsdale Arizona. Amelia took her play international.  She played on an American team in the Prague Cup located in Prague, Czech Republic - placed second in the tournament, playing against teams such as the Prague developmental team, a team based out of European countries, and a team from Japan. Her American team went on to play in England & Ireland, and played teams from England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland. Amelia coaches at Pottstown High School, the West Chester Women's Club Team, Coventry Girls 5/6 Grade Travel Team and has been coaching with SEPA for a few years now - she brings intensity to her coaching that is well received and has a desire to teach the game at the highest level. Melissa Nollen  -   Melissa is back for her 3rd season as a SEPA coach.  Once a SEPA player herself, Melissa graduated from Henderson High School and continued on to be a strong midfielder for West Chester University. Melissa is a committed SEPA coach and brings a strong knowledge of the game and a great energy on and off the field! Melissa can be reached at:

Jamie Dolan -  Jamie, also a former Golden Ram, served as a defender for WCU.  After graduation last spring, Jamie joined the SEPA coaching staff and co-coached the 2015-2016 team along with Melissa.  This year the two will join forces along with Deb Foster and Amelia Reed to coach the newly formed 2015 mixed team.  Jamie also  just completed her first year as head coach for Rustin High School in West Chester.
