Welcome to SEPA Travel Lacrosse!

We are a non-profit girls' travel lacrosse club based out of southeastern Pennsylvania. SEPA offers travel lacrosse opportunities for rising 7th graders through high school. Our practices are held at United Sports Training Center in Downingtown and our teams travel across the Eastern United States for various tournaments during the summer months with the older teams also playing in the Fall Season. We are a highly competitive program carrying only one A level team at each age level.

Our Philosophy.

SEPA, Southeastern Pennsylvania Girls Lacrosse Association, was founded twenty years ago. Our organization, the first premiere travel club in the area, has provided girls in middle school through high school the opportunity to compete at the highest level of the sport. Our founder, Kim Basner imparted her love and respect of the game to all who played for SEPA and laid an impressive foundation from which we continue to build and grow. Our focus has shifted away from our early roots of providing both travel and recreational teams, to a travel-only organization with renewed energy. We remain committed to our founding principles of teaching the fundamentals of the game, challenging our players to play to their maximum potential, and stressing the importance of teamwork, while always displaying class and respect both on and off the field. We want to foster a love for the game while imparting the importance of commitment, responsibility, and dedication.

Our Coaches.

Our coaches have strong lacrosse backgrounds coupled with a desire to teach and grow their players. Many of our coaches are current college players who are able to teach the newest skills and inspire our players. This aspect of our coaching staff along with seasoned coaches who understand the big picture create a unique and powerful learning experience.
